Mina appears to be about 20, however she was born in 1841. Slight with long dark hair, ice blue eyes and a very pale complection.
She holds a command position in Torchwood at Edinburgh Castle and owes them her life and she is dependent on them for her continuing existance. Her loyalty is unquestioning. She is well versed in combat techniques and weapons. She has a constant sadness about her and is haunted by her past and what she has become.
