One time Commander of Torchwood House. Re-located to Torchwood Tower in 2003. Had a brief relationship with Megan Smith not long after she was recruited to TW House. Survivor of the Battle of Canary Wharf, he was commended for his bravery. Now works as a consultant and liaison for the government. Until recently he has been closely connected with Torchwood in this capacity. During the 1st Annual Torchwood House Christmas party, he was given an extremely high dose of B67 (Retcon) and has had the last six years of his memory erased. He returned to work at Torchwood House in a permanent capacity and continued his former relationship with Megan Smith for about 5 months. His memory was restored when Susan Wilson gave him a Kirandi pill. He returned to London immediately breaking off all contact with Megan.
