Kirstie was born in 1872 in London and lived there for a long time of her life. She has two brothers and a mother, both who she rarely talks to. She has dirty blonde hair and green eyes. She is very annoying and sucks at keeping secrets and likes to try and tell them at any given moment.

In 1912 she gave birth to a child which she named Ruby Lee but was seperated from her and she went onto the Titanic. After she survived, she moved to the twenty-first century and joined Torchwood. She is currently living in Scotland near Torchwood House.

Kirstie also has a psychic ability, and she gets visions to see into the future.
She has also met her great grandaughter, Kristie Lee.

The Past of Kirstie Lee

It was a blistery night of 1911 and a figure was standing under a streetlamp, waiting for someone. She was dressed in a thick black coat and rubbing her hands together for warmth. Out of the corner of her eye, a man was striding along and he stopped in front of her. “Kirstie my love.” He whispers in her ear and gently brushes her hair out of her eyes.
She looks up and smiles, even though she is deathly white and shivering uncontrollably. He takes her hands and warms them up with his thick gloves.
“And why did you call me here?” He asks.

She takes a deep breath. “I love you, and I know you love me however there is some news.” He stares into his beautiful eyes and sighs. “I am afraid I am pregnant. But if we marry before anything will show, it will be okay! What do you think?” She asked cautiously.

The man’s face suddenly started to become a pale white. “Pregnant, you say? I… well I must be off. Maybe we will talk soon?” He pulled his hands away from hers, although Kirstie tried to grab him, only being left with one of his gloves.

She ran home and sobbed into her pillow. It was all going wrong. No one was supposed to get pregnant before marriage! It was crazy. She had to try and hide the fact that she was pregnant so no one would notice.

The next morning she went to the house where her lover lived, but to her dismay, no one answered. She ran the streets, desperately searching for the man she loved but no one knew or they wouldn’t say.

Months went by and she knew that he was clearly avoiding her. People started to notice the bump forming on her stomach and raised questions. Her mother finally asked her straight.

“I am sorry!” Kirstie cried. \"I did not mean to get pregnant!” But however much she pleaded for forgiveness, her mother turned her back, therefore everyone else turned their back too.

With very few people to be with, Kirstie was alone and pregnant with a child. She was forced to move away. With no one wanting her, she couldn’t live like a normal human being. People ignored her and no one wanted to be a part of her life. The only problem was, everywhere she went, one glance to see if there was a ring on her finger and then they would turn their backs as well.

It was early April when she finally gave birth to her baby. She cradled her in disgust, staring down at her little eyes. This was the thing that had ruined her whole life. Split her from the rest.

In one split decision she fled from the hospital that had her baby in it and went back to her hometown, which was just as bad as when she was pregnant. They still thought she was wrong and they all turned their backs, just like they had done nine months before.

It was then that she heard about the Titanic. The Titanic where she could make a new life in America! That was it. She knew that it would be brilliant just to get away from everyone, although she couldn’t help but wonder what happened to her baby Ruby. Little did she know that the RMS Titanic would be voyage that would change her life forever.
