Former Captain of the Legio I Adiutrix of the Holy Roman Imperial Army, Aemilius is a big man with dark hair however rarely says anything other than what is necessary.

Having come through the Cardiff Rift he was detained in the Torchwood 3 cells. He remained there despite the restoration of the time lines during Bilis Manger's attempt to free Abaddon.

Torchwood 3 did not have the resources to look after him and train him up, so he was transferred to Torchwood House.
He responded very well and is now currently employed at Torchwood House as Head Housekeeper.

He has taken to to life in the twenty first century and is impeccable in his manners and dress. He has a particular fondness for Armani suits.
